Organic Focaccia: Enjoy Your Food, Enjoy Your Life
PANDorà also has recipes in the organic version: this kind of production – authorised and verified by ICEA (the inspection body) since 2001 – includes the traditional Focaccia of Liguria.
Our Organic Focaccia is realised exclusively with selected raw materials that come from agriculture processes which avoid the use of pesticides, fertilizers and chemical pesticides in favour of organic compost and natural predators (called “biological control”).
We are able to guarantee the conformity of the production obtained with the organic method in all the phases of the supply chain, from the land until the table.
As per all the other products of the Organic Line, also for our delicious crunchy Ligurian Focaccia we have obtained the organic certification because at least 95% of the ingredients of the recipe are being produced from growers which respect the strict protocols of the EU regulations and exceed the controls of the certification authorities of the food agriculture and forestry government.
