The top products of PANDorà are the traditional Flatbreads named “Ciappe” and the Ligurian Focaccia which is a crunchy alternative of the authentic focaccia from Genoa.

The PANDorà’s products list includes also two kind of Breadsticks named as the tradition “Brichetti^®“ and “Grissotti”. The Brichetti are characterized from the unique rustic taste of cornmeal flour and the “Grissotti” are characterized from the imitable flavour of olive oil.

As a result of hardship and due to the business growth, PANDorà has opened the new R&D Department where it is developing new tasty recipes with ingredients like the ancient stone ground durum wheat and the extra virgin olive oil.

PANDorà, in an ethical and eco-friendly view, offers in addition to its several recipes also the organic versionwhich is an authorized production and verified by the inspection body “ICEA” since 2001.

Such certification has permitted the sales of PANDorà organic products over one of the biggest UK and IT food chains of organic supermarkets.

In PANDorà’s Organic Line you can find: Flatbread “Ciappe”, the Focaccia from Genoa, the cornmeal breadsticks “Brichetti^®” and the conventional breadstick “Grissotti”. The products are healthy and natural, made of high-quality raw material obtained from the Organic supply chain.

Since 2008, PANDorà’s bakery products have been certified according to the BRC Food Standard (British Retail Consortium of global standards).

Thanks to the quality acknowledged from our certified products we were able to open up to new commercial relationships with one of the biggest supermarkets of the Italian and United Kingdom food chains, and online with e-commerce.
