Organic Ligurian Brichetti^®: 100% Organic Cornmeal Breadsticks

The cornmeal breadsticks of our organic production are very tasty and crunchy like the Classic Brichetti®, but they are made exclusively with raw material belonging to a certified organic method.

Therefore, as per all of the PANDorà products of the same product range, even the corn flour we use to realise our Organic Brichetti® comes from a verified and certified supply chain, as per our extra virgin olive oil (on request, for limited productions, we can also produce the Organic Brichetti® with extra virgin olive oil 100% Italian).

Crunchy Organic Breadsticks, Excellent for a Healthy Diet

The Organic Brichetti^® are ideal for who has chosen a healthy lifestyle in the spirit of a correct nutrition.

The dough of these crunchy breadsticks, so similar to the fire-sticks called “brichetti” in Ligurian dialect, it is made with organic ingredients of really high-quality to which we add sunflower oil with high oleic acid content which increases the preservation from oxidation and it has a low content of saturated fat acids.

The whole Organic Product Line-up of PANDorà and as well for our handmade cornmeal breadsticks as the tradition recalls, are bakery organic products without palm oil, additives, preservatives and genetically modified organisms.

The dough does not contain animal fat or any other ingredients of animal origin: for this reason, our Organic Brichetti® are suitable for everyone, also for those who follow a vegan and vegetarian diet!

The Organic Brichetti® are hand-stretched one to one breadsticks like it used to be and they are the result of a skilful workmanship of the cornmeal flour from organic agriculture.

The corn flour is the main ingredient of these crunchy breadsticks because it is not only in the dough but it covers the surface giving to each breadsticks a good country-style consistency both to the touch and to the palate.
